Tank Vent Systems with Odor Filters   With the CBI Tank Vent system you can avoid odor problems from storage tanks and claims from neighbours.    Shut-off Valve The Systems can be supplied with a shut-off valve triggered by a CO2 or temperature sensor to remove the risk of hot spots and possible fires.   Nitrogen System The Nitrogen System is triggered by either CO2 or temperature deviations and allows blanketing of the filter for 15-30 minutes depending on tank size.   Flame Arrestor A flame arrestor can be added between filter and tank to prevent vapours from igniting inside the filter unit. This option is often used in combination with a shut-off valve or Nitrogen system.     Internal Floating Deck for Fixed Roof Tanks CBI offer a wide choice of materials, in order to meet the product specifications of stored product that varies from Aluminium, mixture of Aluminium and Stainless Steel to pure Stainless Steel. The decks are pre-manufactured in compliance with the actual tank measurements and shipped in load meters or in standard containers to the site. The decks are easily installed by the CBI crew or in a combination of a CBI Supervisor and a local contractor - to meet the highest level of cost efficiency. CBI geodesic Domes meet the API Standards as well as all local requirements, taking snow and wind loads into account.

1. Erection of DOME on a Floating Roof Tank.

	Roof Drain for External Floating Roof CBI Roof Drains are developed and manufactured based on many years of experience with hose-drains and drain systems with leaking swivel joints that causes problems in daily operation. Design & Engineering is the basis for manufacturing the appropriate drain system for each individual External Floating Tank, taking mechanical as well as rain and snow loads into account as Design Criteria. Manufacturing and turnkey delivery of all materials required for installation of the Drain System is in accordance with the engineering and design approved by each individual customer. Before the Tank is closed and filled again, a comprehensive test of pressure and an inspection is performed and documentation for the complete installation is made and handed over.
